Basketball Manitoba is pleased to offer a free-to-access coach education website dedicated to all Manitoba basketball coaches.  Whether you are a first-year coach or a long-time veteran, you’ll be able to find some new content and ideas in this collection that will make your team and your own experience even better.  This is your new starting portal for all your basketball coaching needs, viewable on both desktop and mobile devices.

Basketball Manitoba is reminding the basketball community to help with a feature on its website that archives all past players and coaches who have been a part of the Manitoba Provincial Team program.  The archive is growing and needs your help!  We have a solid collection of information from 2002 to the present, but much of the data was unfortunately missing before that.  Check out the collection at the link below. If you have a missing roster date or a team photo, please share it with us so we can update our records!

Basketball Manitoba is pleased to announce a new podcast series that will highlight, showcase and celebrate those that have been and continue to be instrumental to the growth and development of basketball throughout the province and beyond. The series will include a wide range of players, coaches and others who have been pioneers at all levels of the game.  The series will explore the journey and reflections of a wide range of local basketball people focusing on how the game has impacted their lives and the lessons they have learned along the way.

STAY AT HOME PROJECT: Basketball Manitoba is pleased to announce two new collections of archival information from the Manitoba high school basketball level.  The collection aims to archive a record of EVERY high school level basketball championship team with a team photo and roster since 1950.  All winning teams are listed in the archive, however we need your help with missing championship team photos and rosters.  Check out the collection at the below link and if you are in possession of missing provincial championship roster or a team photo, please share it with us so we can update our records!

The other new collection is a record of all time provincial championship titles per school at each level of play at the Junior Varity Girls, Junior Varity Boys, Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys levels.  The Junior High Basketball Championships are also included along with a listing of club basketball provincial champions coming soon.
