Basketball Manitoba is very pleased to announce its Provincial Team Program coaching lineup at the 17U and 15U levels for the summer of 2024.  This summer, the program will feature a total of 4 teams at the male & female 17U and 15U levels.  The head coaches of the teams (and pictured in the order above from left to right) are Dan Becker (17UM), Ashley Hoitink (17UF), Lenin Mangaron (15UM) and Robyn Boulanger (15UF).

Tryouts for all the teams are scheduled for May 24-26, 2024, at the Sport Manitoba Courts.  Details will be announced later this winter.

Each spring and summer, Basketball Manitoba coordinates provincial teams at the 17U and 15U age categories for male and female athletes.  All ages are based on December 31 of the year the tryouts occur.  

The teams will be selected from open tryouts May 24-26, 2024, at Sport Manitoba and any Manitoba resident who is in one of the defined age categories is eligible and welcome to try out. Once the teams are chosen, they will train through June and July and participate in their respective national championship.  With no planned warm-up trips in July, a new program fee for the program has been set at $750* per player (down from $1400 in 2022).
