performance enhancement coach Phil Towle. Phil has over 40 years
experience working as a psychotherapist and Performance Enhancement
Coach and most recently volunteered his time and expertise to
collaborate with local archer and Olympian Jay Lyon, who along with
Phil’s help finished 10th overall at the 2008 Summer Olympics in
Beijing and was named 2008 Manitoba Male Athlete of the Year. This presentation will take place on Saturday, February 14 from 10:30
a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Norwood Community Centre, 87 Walmer. Pizza and
