The Winnipeg Minor Basketball Association (WMBA) has announced it will be celebrating 25 years of minor league basketball service to the community in 2022. The WMBA is a community non-profit volunteer-based league offering fair play opportunities for youth of all ages and levels up to age 18. Over the years the WMBA has led the development of basketball as a sport in Manitoba and initiated the construction of 6 professionally built outdoor courts through its Foundation for use as outdoor basketball venues for our youth.
