Basketball Manitoba has now created a new "Athlete Recommendation Form" that invites submissions from across the province for high-potential athletes who could be considered for future membership in the Manitoba Provincial Team program, the Targeted Athlete Strategy and/or the Targeted Athlete Program and Wheelchair Basketball opportunities. We are seeking support from the basketball community to help identify future talent and ensure we always represent the province at national and international events, including the Canada Games, with our best.
If you know of or coach an athlete currently aged 12 to 17 years old in Manitoba that you think could be a future member of either program, please complete and submit this form. This will be an ongoing feature of Basketball Manitoba's programming, and there is no deadline in place to submit this data, as it will be collected on a continual basis moving forward.
