Basketball Manitoba represents the basketball community of Manitoba and welcomes all people to enjoy the sport we all love.
We do this in an open environment that condemns racism, prejudice, discrimination, and bigotry.
We as a basketball community stand in solidarity with those who are peacefully fighting for equality, respect, and fairness to make our world a better place for everyone.
It is our hope that we all learn from what is transpiring elsewhere and realize, with an increased sense of empathy, that we all have a role to play in working towards a more just society.
