The Sport Medicine and Science Council has been part of the working group that helped put together an education and information program for Cannabis Legalization from the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport. The CCES group included all Sport Medicine Councils from Western Canada, as well as the Canadian Colleges Athletic Association and U Sports to create material for coaches, athletes and individuals looking to obtain more information about the impact legalization of Cannabis will have on their sport.

Learn more at the CCES Cannabis page on how the pending legalization of recreational marijuana use in Canada will impact sport.
