Senior Boys (Grade 9) - Windsor Park Collegiate
Senior Girls (Grade 9) - Sisler High School
Junior Boys (Grade 7-8) - Leila North School
Junior Girls (Grade 7-8) - Sargent Park School
All Finals - Tec Voc High School

All championship games will be played at Tec Voc High School on Thursday, March 21, 2019.
