Basketball Canada LTAD (Long Term Athlete Development) model and Canadian Sport for Life (CS4L) will influence our programs to ensure safety, quality and enjoyment. The President and founder of the association is Novell Thomas, the current Head Basketball Women's Coach at Brandon University.
All members of the WYBA will also become members of Basketball Manitoba which will provide accident and liability insurance and other supports.More information on their upcoming programs and leagues will be announced in the near future.
