A new initiative is underway in Winnipeg by local resident Eric Edwards who is looking to put together a crew of volunteers to head out to some area outdoor basketball courts this summer and give them a clean-up. This can include removing garbage and weeds, sweeping the court area, hanging some new meshes on the rims and other touch ups.
