Basketball Manitoba is excited to share the news that Program Coordinator Ian Dickey and his wife Rachel are proud new parents of a baby girl born on September 3, 2015. Hope came into the world at 5:17 pm weighing 9 lbs 2 oz. Mom and baby are doing great!
