The Manitoba Basketball Hall of Fame has recently added some other new features to its museum site at the University of Winnipeg Duckworth Centre. These include two 32" flat panel video monitors which showcase rotating images of all of the individual and team inductees in the Hall of Fame plus two other feature exhibits. The MBHOF would like to acknowledge the recent donation from the Winnipeg Stellars basketball team which made these new additions possible. The other new exhibits in the Museum focus on the history of basketball officials in Manitoba along with a feature on the Winnipeg Minor Basketball Association. The WMBA exhibit is tied to the Hall's next builder category inductee occurring this fall which will see WMBA Founder Mike Ruta officially inducted on October 1, 2011. Tickets for the 2011 Induction Dinner will be available from the Basketball Manitoba office in July.
