STRIVE Fitness and Therapy has announced the launch of their Spring Basketball Academy to get a jump on high performance strength and conditioning training for club basketball, provincial team tryouts, or any other goals you may have as a basketball athlete this upcoming season.   

Program Description

If you are enrolled in the Basketball Academy, you can expect top tier performance training in the areas of strength development, power and agility development, injury prevention techniques and sport specific conditioning tactics that will prepare you for the next level. Athletes will be provided a 1 on 1 consultation beforehand to produce customized programs to suit specific needs. They specialize in devising an optimal plan that will cater to the specific times of when the athlete needs to be at their peak athletic performance. 


BASKETBALL ACADEMY (3X per week training 75-90 min sessions)

START DATE: Wednesday, April 3rd

END DATE: Friday, June 28th 

DAYS/TIMES:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 4:30 pm
  • Tuesday, Thursday - 5:30 pm, 7:00 pm

*Make-up times during the week and weekends will be available
