- 2009–2010 Girls: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- 2011–2012 Girls: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM

🏀 Program Highlights
The Jr. Wesmen development model includes:
- On-court skill development multiple times each week
- Strength and conditioning programming
- Weekly open gyms and individual shooting development
- Competition in Peg City Basketball tournaments
- A periodized annual training plan designed to maximize athlete development while supporting the school basketball season and spring competition
