Junior Bisons Basketball has opened registration for its 2026–2027 club basketball tryouts, inviting athletes born from 2009 through 2015 to take part in a two-day evaluation at the University of Manitoba.
Programming is led by University of Manitoba Bisons basketball head coaches Michele Sung and Kirby Schepp, with sessions facilitated by Junior Bisons club coaches.
Tryout Information
- Dates: Saturday, August 15 and Sunday, August 16, 2026
- Eligible Birth Years: 2009–2015
- Location: Frank Kennedy Gymnasiums, University of Manitoba
- Tryout Fee: $30 per athlete.
Registration Details
- The registration fee includes both tryout dates.
- Athletes should plan to attend both evaluation sessions assigned to their age group.
- Pre-registration is mandatory. Walk-up registrations will not be accepted at the gym.
- All tryout fees are non-refundable.
