THRiVE Basketball Academy has announced the official launch of its new basketball player development program in Winnipeg, offering athletes from across Manitoba a structured training environment focused on skill development, game understanding, and character education.
Founded by Manoj Nowrang, THRiVE Basketball Academy is dedicated to supporting the development of well-rounded athletes through a balanced approach that combines a traditional work ethic with modern training methods. The academy aims to provide players with the tools needed to build confidence, discipline, and a deeper understanding of the game.
The new program will offer training opportunities for athletes at various stages of their basketball journey through four development pathways: Foundations, Advanced, Elite, and Next Level.
As part of the academy’s intake process, each athlete will begin with an Evaluation Session to help determine the most appropriate program placement and support a more personalized development experience.
THRiVE Basketball Academy’s model is designed to meet athletes where they are and help guide their progression in a purposeful and supportive setting.
