Peg City Basketball has announced that registration is now open for Adult League Spring 2026, which returns for another competitive season.  Operated by Peg City Basketball, the Spring Adult League is designed for adult athletes seeking structured, high-level recreational basketball in a professionally managed league environment.

The Spring season will run from Monday, April 6, through Sunday, June 28, 2026, and will include eight regular-season games plus playoffs. Games will be scheduled Sunday through Thursday, with no games played on Fridays or Saturdays. Women’s League games will take place on Sundays only.

Peg City Basketball Adult League games will be hosted at the Sport for Life Centre, Dakota Fieldhouse, University of Winnipeg, and MBCI.

Performance-based tier placement will be utilized by Peg City Basketball to ensure competitive balance across all divisions, creating meaningful matchups throughout the season.

Registration Fees

  • Team Entry: $1850 per team
  • Free Agent Registration: $190 per player

Free agents registering through Peg City Basketball will be placed on teams aligned with their level of play. Spring divisions historically reach capacity, and registration will close once divisions are full.

New for 2026 – Peg City Basketball Summer Lock-In Option

Teams registering for Peg City Basketball’s Spring 2026 season will have an exclusive opportunity to secure their Summer 2026 entry at the 2025 rate of $1750 before general Summer registration opens to the public. This early lock-in option allows teams to secure their spot and maintain pricing certainty.
