Manitoba basketball athlete Graham Bodnar is currently representing Canada at the Tokyo 2025 Summer Deaflympics as a member of the Canadian Deaf National Basketball Team. Graham has delivered standout performances on the international stage, competing against some of the top deaf athletes in the world.

After Canada’s opening pool play game against the United States,  followed with another strong effort in a hard-fought matchup against Australia, where he recorded an impressive 28 points and 9 rebounds.. Team Canada will now meet Greece in its next pool play game.

The Deaflympics bring together more than 3,000 athletes from 82 countries in a global celebration of high-performance sport. Graham’s presence and production on this stage continue to reflect positively on Manitoba’s basketball community and his ongoing commitment to representing Canada with pride.
