What Each Division Is Playing For:
U23 Men’s & Women’s Divisions
Compete in the official Canada Hoops Regional Qualifier for a fully paid trip to Toronto to play in the National Championship—and a chance to win $8,000.Men’s Open Division
Teams are playing for a $1,500 cash prize.Wheelchair & Youth Divisions
Compete for Gold Medals and recognition in your division.
And of course—bragging rights are on the line across all brackets.
Schedule Notes & Game Locations:
Friday Night (June 27):
Open courts available for warm-up and casual play. No official games scheduled to avoid overlap with the Sea Bears game.Saturday (June 28):
U23 Divisions: Pool play begins at Sport Manitoba, with all remaining games moving to The Forks CN Stage, weather permitting.
Men’s Open: First pool match at Sport Manitoba, then continuing at the CN Stage.
All Other Divisions: All games at The Forks CN Stage.
Tuesday (July 1):
All division finals will be held during the Canada Day Celebration at The Forks.
Roster & Eligibility Rules:
Rosters will be locked as of Friday, June 27.
All players must have a verified FIBA 3X3 profile to participate.
Maximum 4 players per team are allowed to participate throughout the weekend—no exceptions.

Check-In & Jersey Info
All players must check in at the Peg City Tent in front of the CN Stage to receive their official Summer Slam T-shirt.
Jerseys are not provided. Teams are welcome to bring their own uniforms. Alternatively, we will have a box of reversible “The 3X3 Basketball Tournament” jerseys available onsite for $5 each (while supplies last).

Peg City 3x3 Basketball has announced an exciting lineup of premier basketball events for summer 2025, bringing fast-paced urban hoops and community celebration to the heart of Winnipeg. Known for its grassroots energy and commitment to culture, connection, and competition, Peg City 3x3 will host two flagship tournaments: the highly anticipated Summer Slam 2025 at The Forks and the inaugural CW3x3 Tournament – Championship Weekend Street Festival in downtown Winnipeg.

The annual Summer Slam is back with an expanded slate of competitions and entertainment, creating a weekend-long celebration of basketball, community, and Winnipeg culture.
