The Winnipeg Minor Basketball Association and the Winnipeg Sea Bears have announced a dedicated "WMBA Night" on Friday, May 23, when they host the Calgary Surge.
This special evening will feature a discounted ticket offer exclusively for WMBA players, families, and supporters, providing a great opportunity to celebrate the grassroots basketball community together in a professional game-day atmosphere.

WMBA Team Contest: Win an Exclusive Gameday Experience
To make the night even more memorable, the Sea Bears have launched a team ticket contest. The WMBA team that sells the most tickets by Tuesday, May 20 at 2:00 PM will win a special gameday package that includes:
- Early venue access (30 minutes before doors open) for warmup
- A team photo at court level
- A spot in the high five line for Sea Bears player introductions
- Sea Bears water bottles for all team players
Bonus Offer: Any team selling 40+ tickets by the deadline will also receive Sea Bears water bottles for their players.
Please note: Tickets purchased after May 20 at 2:00 PM remain valid for the game but do not count toward the contest totals.
