A concussion is a serious public health issue affecting all Canadians. Any blow to the head, face or neck, or a blow to the body that jars your head, could cause a concussion. What should you do?

As a participant: Speak up! Tell a coach, parent, teacher or another trusted adult if you think you have a concussion.

As a coach: Know the signs and symptoms, and the important steps athletes need to take before returning to sport post-concussion.

As a sport administrator: Create your concussion policy and add it to your website to share with your members.
