The University of Manitoba Bisons Women's Basketball Team has announced via their Instagram account the additions of Hope Dixon & Nikki Gebken (pictured above) to the herd for the upcoming season. "We are excited to add Nikki & Hope to our team. Dedicated local hoopers who have a strong passion for the game,” remarks Head Coach, Michele Sung. “They have been eager to get to work on the court and in the class”.
Hope is a graduate of The Kings School and Nikki joins the Bisons from St. Mary's Academy. Both athletes are alumni of the Manitoba Provincial Team Program with Hope representing Manitoba at the 2019 Western Canada Summer Games on the 16U program and Nikki on the 17U provincial squad.
