The University of Manitoba Bison's Men's Basketball Team has announced the commitment of Mason Kraus of Winnipeg.  Mason is a member of the Manitoba Provincial Team and Junior Bisons Basketball Club and was named to the AAAA All-Manitoba Team in recognition for an outstanding 2018-19 season with the Sturgeon Heights Huskies.  He was named as a 1st Team All-Canadian at the 2019 Canada Basketball National Championships when he last suited up for Team Manitoba.  For the 2019-20 season, he joined the Rise Academy in the Ontario Scholastic Basketball Association (OSBA) and attended Bill Crothers Secondary School in Markham, Ontario this past school year.
