This is the time of year when we typically prepare to officiate basketball at high schools, senior leagues and in minor leagues. However, with the COVID-19 pandemic it means that the 2020- 2021 year is anything but typical. Due to the uncertainty our sport is facing, MABO is pleased to provide three different registration options for our members:
Option #1- Full Registration. Register and pay the full fee of $90 – this includes MABO, Canada Basketball, CBOC and Basketball Manitoba fees for the year – includes a $10 discount. Option included a virtual clinic hosted by MABO. Clinic details are below.
Option #2- Partial Registration. Register and pay an early bird clinic membership fee this year of $25 now and then when basketball returns, members will need to submit the remainder $65 to MABO to maintain full membership status.
Option #3- Friends of MABO. Members stay on the MABO mailing list which allows members to be updated with what’s happening in basketball in the province. Once Basketball returns, members would need to register and pay $100 to complete the clinic and receive all the resources of a MABO member.
Virtual Clinic for Options #1 and #2: (Additional virtual clinics may be added in the future)
- CLINIC #1: Consists of 3 sessions.
- Dates: Wed Nov 18, Wed Nov 25, Wed Dec 2 (attend ALL 3 dates online)
- Time: 7:00 pm
- Location: Zoom online
Registration deadline is November 4th, 2020. The first clinic of 3 sessions is limited to the first 100 registrants, based on registrations we will consider adding more clinic sessions.
