REGISTER NOW! Canada Basketball in partnership with Basketball Manitoba has announced details on an NCCP "Train to Compete - Planning" Basketball Coaching Workshop that will be hosted May 3-4, 2019 at the Canada Games Sport for Life Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The cost to attend the clinic is $325.00.  Deadline to register is April 26, 2019.  This "Train to Compete" course is targeted at coaches working with players ages 16-18.   It has replaced the old NCCP Level 3 coursework and is one of the three, weekend courses that make up the Train To Compete Course (Skills, Planning, Strategies & Tactics)

Course Schedule - Canada Games Sport for Life Centre - 145 Pacific Avenue, Winnipeg, MB (Lower Level Meeting Rooms)
  • Friday, May 3, 2019: 6:00 - 10:00 pm
  • Saturday, May 4, 2019: 9:00 pm - 5:00 pm 
Modules in the Course will include:
  •  T2C Planning: Managing a Sport Program module
  •  T2C Planning: Performance Planning module
  •  T2C Planning: Practice Planning module

STEPS TO REGISTER
  1. To register for an NCCP clinic, you must log-in to your Game Plan (gameplanbasketball.ca) account. **Please note: if you do not have a Game Plan account, you can create an account at the following link (gameplanbasketball.ca/register.php)
  2. From there, you can select the "Workshops" tab from the top toolbar.
  3. Once you are on the workshops page, ensure you set the Province to Manitoba to see available workshops.  
  4. You will then be able to click on the "Register" button attached to the appropriate clinic.
