Manitoba Aboriginal Sport Hosting NAIG Summer Basketball Development Camps for Indigenous Youth Born 2001-2018

The Manitoba Aboriginal Sport and Recreation Council (MASRC) has announced a series of basketball camps they will be hosting starting Saturday July 21, 2018 and running at the Freight House Recreation Centre (aka Central Community Centre) located at Door 3 - 200 Isabel St in Winnipeg.  The camps are open to Indigenous youth born in 2001-2008 and will run 4:00 - 6:00 pm for females and 6:00 - 8:00 pm for males.  The camps are an early lead up to the basketball teams that will be created for the North American Indigenous Games (NAIG) in Halifax in 2020 and will continue every Saturday at the same location and times all summer.
