This position will play a critical role in providing coaching on behalf of The Love of the Game
through basketball shooting clinics in the province of Manitoba to youth ages 11-18 in a safe, enjoyable and educational environment. This position will initiate and maintain positive relationships with hosting organizations and personnel, ensuring all camps are successfully prepped and executed. This position will be responsible for establishing and delivering on all clinic details including time, duration, date, location, access, equipment and promotional efforts necessary to maximize occupancy, delivering an outstanding experience for all participants of each clinic.
A successful Regional Coach will exhibit kindness, patience, understanding, reliability and enthusiasm for teaching others in an engaging manner and will demonstrate fundamental basketball knowledge and a desire to fully understand shooting mechanisms and all related aspects of shooting methodology.
Compensation is competitive and will be based on relevant years of experience and demonstrated ability to meet stated job requirements. No benefits are provided for this position.
