King of the Court Club Basketball Tournament Announced for Grand Forks on Nov 21-22, 2014

Details on the 'King of the Court' Club Basketball Tournament have been set for November 21-22 in Grand Forks, ND.  The tournament is open to male and female teams ages 10-18 and will run at Red River High School at a cost of $135.00 a team with a 3 game guarantee.

Note to 2014 Canadian Teams

“Mixer Teams” with mixed age groups, please follow these guidelines:

• 4th grade - All players must be 10 years old or younger as of Dec. 31st, 2014
• 5th grade - All players must be 11 years old or younger as of Dec. 31st, 2014
• 6th grade - All players must be 12 years old or younger as of Dec. 31st, 2014
• 7th grade - All players must be 13 years old or younger as of Dec. 31st, 2014
• 8th grade - All players must be 14 years old or younger as of Dec. 31st, 2014
• 9th grade - All players must be 15 years old or younger as of Dec. 31st, 2014
• High School - All players must be in high school as of Dec. 31st

Teams must play at the level of your oldest player. For example, if you have a team made up of 10, 11, 12 year olds, you must play at the 6th  grade level because a 12 year old can’t play in the 5th grade division.

American Teams

All American teams must go by current grade level each athlete is currently in.

Athletes can play up, but they are not allowed to play down a grade level. An example youd be an 8th grader could not play in the 7th grade division.
