It is with great sadness that Basketball Manitoba shares the news of the passing of local basketball supporter Ron Taylor. Ron was a long-time supporter of basketball in Winnipeg and avid basketball fan. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Taylor family. A Memorial Service will take place at Voyage Funeral Home located at 220 Hespler Ave on Thursday July 12 at 11:00 am, all the details and address will be in the obituary that will run Tuesday in the Winnipeg Free Press. In lieu of flowers, it is asked that donations be made to KidSport as Ron was a big believer in sport equaling good kids.
