On Saturday night, Manitoba's 15U Provincial Team member Nikki Majewski was named to the 15U Second Team All-Star Team at the national women's basketball championships, which wrapped up Saturday at the University of Manitoba Investors Group Athletic Centre. Manitoba lost to New Brunswick in a consolation game, 48-45. In the Female Finals, Ontario defeated Quebec 76-59 for the gold medal and B.C. beat Alberta 63-53 for the bronze.
