Now in its 26th year, Sport Manitoba brings together all of the nominees for the Junior Athletes of the Year, Great-West Life Volunteer and Youth Volunteer of the Year, Calm Air Junior Team of the Year, Official of the Year, the Manitoba Lotteries Coach of the Year, their families, sport representatives and friends of sport to recognize and celebrate their contributions to amateur sport. The Sport for Life Gala will take place on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 7:00 pm at the Canad Inns Club Regent. Nominate someone within basketball that has shown outstanding achievement and has excelled above the rest. All nominees receive invitations to Sport Manitoba’s Sport for Life Gala and are recognized for their achievement over the last year. Nomination deadline is February 18, 2011.SPORT FOR LIFE GALA
