Topic: Communication is key to successful coaching. A coach has many different directions that they need to communicate, Coach to Athlete, Coach to Coach, Coach to Parent, Coach to Board, etc. Each line of communication is critical to success and has to be delivered with specific process.This session will help coaches on how to communicate to each of these invested parties, the differences between how you deliver the same information to the different parties and the importance of coaching with an open line of communication for the growth and development of everyone involved
