Gimme Some Truth, a 4-day documentary forum in Winnipeg, takes place
this weekend, Oct 21 to 24.  On Friday evening (October 22) at 7:30, a
short film playing before a feature
by local filmmaker Kevin Nikkel.  'Toilers of 33' is the tragic story
the Canadian champion basketball team of 1933, whose plane crashed in
Tulsa, Oklahoma, killing two players and injuring many others.
This is a world premiere for the film.  Tickets are $10 and available at
