The University of Winnipeg Wesmen have announced their 'Basketball Referee Appreciation Night' will be held on Saturday December 2 at the Duckworth Centre.
All basketball referees are invited to be guests of the Wesmen as they meet the Brandon Bobcats in Canada West basketball action. The women take the court at 6:15 and the men at 8 pm. Both games are at the University of Winnipeg Duckworth Centre, 400 Spence Street in downtown Winnipeg.
There will be referee contests, prizes and givaways!
All active basketball officials who have taken a Junior (JODP) or Senior (MABO) clinic will be receiving a complementary family pass in the mail by the middle of November. The ticket will admit you and your immediate family to the games at no cost.
