Coaches Required for MB Centre of Performance

Basketball Manitoba will be launching another year of elite training with the NIKE Centre for Performance Program.  For the program, we are looking for 3 coaches for the men’s side and 3 coaches for the women’s side to work with the Head Coaches of the Man/Sask Centre for Performance for the 2006-2007 season.

The Program will run from September until early spring leading into the Provincial Team Program.  Coaches selected will be working from a curriculum supplied by Canada
Basketball and will be required to do some travel within the province
as well as one trip to Saskatchewan.  You should hold or be working
toward Level II NCCP Certification.  Coach expenses will be covered and
a small honorarium will be paid.
 
This is an opportunity for additional coaching experience, as the
selected coaches will be working with University coaches as well as
coaches from Canada Basketball.
