Summit Basketball has announced two summer basketball camp opportunities for male athletes looking to build their skills, confidence and overall understanding of the game this July at St. Emile School.
The Summit Basketball Skill Builder Camp is designed for male athletes born from 2013 to 2015 and will focus on skill development, confidence-building and competitive play in a positive, high-energy environment. The camp will run over six sessions on July 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 and 28 at St. Emile School, located at 552 St. Anne’s Road in Winnipeg.
Sessions for the Skill Builder Camp will take place on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. and Sundays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. The cost is $100 for all six sessions.
Summit Basketball is also offering a Basketball IQ Camp for boys born between 2010 and 2012. This camp is focused on helping athletes improve their basketball IQ, decision-making and overall game understanding. The six-session camp will also be held at the St. Emile School Gym for a cost of $100.
The Basketball IQ Camp will run on the same dates — July 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 and 28 — with sessions scheduled for Tuesdays from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. and Sundays from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
Spots are limited for both camps.
