NEW DATE: Winnipeg Sea Bears has announced details for its upcoming Winter Sea Bears Camp, set for Tuesday, March 11, 2026, for youth ages 10 to 15.
The camp will provide a youth basketball development experience led by Sea Bears Head Coach Mike Raimbault, supported by Sea Bears assistant coaches, along with university athletes from the Winnipeg Wesmen and Manitoba Bisons. Participants will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the game, improve their skills, and build confidence in a positive and supportive training environment.
Open to athletes of all skill levels, the camp is designed for both beginners and those looking to continue developing their game under the guidance of experienced coaches and players.
Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt and one ticket voucher to a 2026 Sea Bears home game. Redemption terms and conditions will apply.
To help reduce no-shows and ensure spaces are reserved for participants who intend to attend, a $5.25 registration fee is being implemented for the Winter Sea Bears Camp. Organizers have indicated that all proceeds from the camp will be donated to a charity selected by Blue Cross. Participants who register but do not submit payment will be contacted, and their spot may be offered to an individual on the waitlist.
Camp participants are asked to bring running shoes, a water bottle, and a basketball if possible.
