REGISTER NOW: Basketball Manitoba is pleased to announce it will be hosting a Spring Break High-Performance Basketball Camp from Monday, March 30 to Thursday, April 2, for boys and girls ages 11 to 18 at the Canada Games Sport for Life Centre (aka Sport Manitoba Courts).
Leading the camps will be the coaching staff and players from the University of Manitoba and the University of Winnipeg. The camp registration cost is $135.00 per player. The deadline to register is FRIDAY, MARCH 27, at 4:00 pm or when the camp sells out. The camps have sold out in the last 5 years, so register now to avoid disappointment!
The girls' camps will be led by coaches and players from the University of Manitoba and the University of Winnipeg. See the biographies below.
GIRLS CAMP SESSIONS, DATES & TIMES
AGES: Ages range from 11 to 18. The athlete's age as of the camp start date determines the session you register for.
DATES & TIMES: Monday, March 30, 2026, to Thursday, April 2, 2026.
- Session 1 - Ages 11 - 13 Girls 9:15am - 11:00am
- Session 2 - Ages 14 - 16 Girls 11:15am - 1:00pm
- Session 3 - ELITE CAMP Girls (Ages 14-18) 1:15pm - 3:00pm
- Please note that acceptance into the ELITE Camp session will be determined by Basketball Manitoba based on the athlete’s playing experience and level. Those not accepted will have the opportunity to move into Session 2 or have their camp fees refunded.

COACH BIOS:
Luke Klusa - University of Manitoba Women's Basketball Assistant Coach
Luke is a rising star in the Manitoba Basketball coaching community. Before he was a coach, he was a crucial member of the 2018/19 Vincent Massey Provincial championship team. He took his success as a player and has turned it into helping the basketball community at multiple levels. He currently serves as the Head Coach of the Pembina Trails Junior Varsity girls team and as an Assistant Coach with the University of Manitoba Women's Basketball team. In recognition of his dedication and leadership, Luke was recently named the recipient of the 2025 Jim Bulloch Coaching Award by Basketball Manitoba. Luke is dedicated to the growth and success of basketball in Manitoba.
Running the camp alongside Luke will be active University of Manitoba women's basketball players.
Megan Noonan - University of Winnipeg Women's Basketball Assistant Coach
Megan is a prominent figure in Manitoba's basketball community, having played for the Provincial Team four times and having a very successful five-year career with the University of Winnipeg Wesmen, where she was a three-year co-captain and a Canada West All-Star. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology and a Bachelor of Education. As a coach, she led Fort Richmond Collegiate's varsity girls' team to a divisional championship in 2020 and received the MHSAA Coach of the Year award. Megan has also coached the U17 Female Provincial Team and is currently an assistant coach with the University of Winnipeg Wesmen and Director of Operations for the Winnipeg Sea Bears, contributing significantly to the development of basketball at all levels in Manitoba.
Keenan Benarroch - University of Manitoba Men's Basketball Assistant Coach
Keenan Benarroch has a decade of experience in basketball as both a player and coach. He played for the University of Manitoba Bisons from 2014 to 2017 and later became an assistant coach at the same university and for the Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) Women's team. Notably, he contributed to TMU's successful 2021–2022 season, achieving a 20–0 record and winning both OUA and U SPORTS National Championships. Keenan is active in grassroots basketball, he recently was the head coach of the Manitoba 14U Provincial Boys team in the summer of 2025. He previously had served as Head Coach for the Downtown Toronto Centre for Performance and as an Apprentice Coach with the Ontario 15U Provincial Girls team in 2021. He also worked as a Video and Performance Analyst for Canada Basketball’s 3x3 Men’s National Team during the Olympic Qualifying Tournament in 2020. Currently, he is pursuing a Bachelor of Education at the University of Manitoba and coaching the JV boys team at Fort Richmond Collegiate while assisting the University of Manitoba Bisons program.
Elijah Lostracco - University of Manitoba Men's Basketball Assistant Coach
Elijah Lostracco, has transitioned from a standout basketball player to an emerging coach. Starting at Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School, he later played at Redeemer University, earning accolades like the All-Conference Rookie Team and Rookie of the Year. Transferring to the University of Manitoba, he graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2023, leading the Bisons to a notable 18-2 record and the Canada West Final Four as team captain. In 2024, he joined the Jamestown Jackals in the North American Basketball Super League, enhancing his professional expertise. As a coach he has experience as an assistant coach for the 14U Provincial Boys team in the summer of 2025 as well as a full-time assistant coach with the Manitoba Bisons, he focuses on player development and recruitment, continuing to inspire future athletes with his commitment to the sport.
Braeden Floyd - University of Winnipeg Men's Basketball Assistant Coach
Braeden Floyd is an emerging coach in Manitoba's basketball scene, currently an assistant with the University of Winnipeg Wesmen, focusing on player development and practice planning, video breakdown, and opponent scouting. His experience includes serving as an assistant coach for the Winnipeg Sea Bears in 2025, where he handled film coordination and player development, in addition to also being the head coach of the Glenlawn Junior Varsity Boys. Floyd is known for his detailed preparation, strong athlete relationships, and ability to translate high-level concepts into practical learning.
