Metro Linkz Basketball has announced it is now accepting athletes for its U13 boys travelling team tryouts (2-day event) in Brandon. Tryouts will take place:
- Friday, January 16, 2026 (6:00–7:30 PM) at Riverheights School (Brandon, MB)
- Saturday, January 17, 2026 (2:00–4:00 PM) at the Healthy Living Centre (Brandon, MB)
The tryout fee is $25 (e-transfer or pay at the door).
The Metro Linkz U13 travelling team is focused on competitive play and participation in out-of-town tournaments. A total of 15 spots are available, including 10 travelling roster spots and 5 practice player spots.
Training is expected to begin between January and mid-March 2026, with training details (dates and location) to be announced following the tryout sessions. The training schedule will begin once per week and increase to twice per week in March, leading into the tournament period.
