Canada Basketball has announced that applications are now open for the 2026 funding cycle of its UNIFIED Assist Program.
The UNIFIED Assist Program is designed to support community-based basketball programs and initiatives that are working to increase access to the sport by removing barriers faced by organizations in underserved, under-represented, or marginalized communities across Canada. Through direct financial support and development opportunities aligned with Canada Basketball programs, UNIFIED Assist helps create more equitable pathways for youth to participate and thrive in basketball.

Organizations are encouraged to visit the UNIFIED Assist Program website to review eligibility requirements, access the 2026 UNIFIED Assist Program Application Handbook, and complete the online application form prior to the deadline.
