Metro Linkz (located in Brandon, MB) has announced its Boys U13 and Under Winter Basketball Program, running from December 4 to 18, 2025, with a concluding scrimmage game on January 3, 2026. This three-week training initiative will provide young athletes with structured skill development, 3x3 and 5x5 gameplay, and a focus on physical fitness, mental readiness, and core life skills such as teamwork and discipline.
The program includes five on-court skill sessions held twice weekly, beginning on Thursday, December 4, and continuing every Monday and Thursday until December 18. The Winter Session will conclude with a scrimmage game at the Healthy Living Centre on Saturday, January 3, 2026.
Participants will receive player insurance, coach and gym access, and a program T-shirt. Space is limited to 15 athletes and the fee is $100.
