Coach Jon Giesbrecht has announced that he will be running an elite performance basketball camp and starting to send out invites for players aged 11-14.
The camp will be held on Sundays, February 11th and 18th, at Mennonite Brethren Collegiate Institute from 5pm to 7:30pm each night.
- High-performance basketball concepts were taught in 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3.
- Player to coach ratio is 1:6.
- Lead instructor bio included at the bottom of the message.
- Athletes receive Play Free drawstring bag (Must register by February 3rd to receive at camp).
- Register before February 3rd and you’ll receive our early bird rate at $125, register after and pay $145.

Jon Giesbrecht Bio:
Jon runs Play Free Basketball, working with local Winnipeg high-performance players (Provincial Team to University athletes) and is working 1-on-1 with professional athletes all over the world — Including Winnipeg Seabears players.
Jon is an 8-year university coach, working at three different schools: the University of Winnipeg, the University of Manitoba and the University of Regina. Jon also coached professional basketball in Italy in the men’s second division, with Basketball Manitoba’s provincial team (National Champion), Basketball Manitoba’s NXT Gen, Canada Basketball’s Junior Academy, Canada Basketball’s Junior National Team. Jon also coached John Taylor Collegiate to 3X provincial championships, helping over 30 players to U Sports Basketball Scholarships.
