The Winnipeg Wesmen women's basketball team has announced it will once again offer a week-long summer camp in 2023. The camps are available to girls in Grades 7 through 12 who want to train with Wesmen players and coaches in a fun and competitive environment.
The development camps will run from Monday, Aug. 14 to Friday, Aug. 18 at the Duckworth Centre. They will be led by Wesmen women's basketball players and coaching staff in a fun and competitive environment.
The camp will have an emphasis on scoring and offensive skill development with a focus on developing the fundamental skills, and decision-making needed to effectively get to the hoop and score in both one-on-one and multi-player game situations.
The cost of the camp is $130, and all participants will get a Wesmen t-shirt and ball as part of their registration fee.

- Session 1 – Grades 7 and 8 Girls, 9-11: a.m.
- Session 2 – Grades 9 to 12 Girls, 11:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m.
