The Winnipeg Sea Bears are seeking two motivated, passionate, and dedicated candidates to become an integral part of our team and gain invaluable experience working with professional coaches from all over North America. You will be a vital part of the coaching staff and operations team, assisting in practices and ensuring game days run smoothly.
Candidates will assist basketball coaching/operations staff in all areas, including but not limited to day-to-day operations, office assignments, practice and locker room set up / clean up, practice time responsibilities, video and analytics assignments, player transportation and assistance, in-venue game day preparation and other duties as assigned by staff and management. The candidate should have basketball playing or coaching experience and experience around sports and teams.
Commitment:
- Must be available for Sea Bears practices during the day while the team is in season
- Must be available for all 10 home games (pre- and post-game)
- Candidates will not travel to away games with team
