Legacy Prep Basketball Academy has announced that Nate Bangura of Winnipeg has officially committed to Algoma University and will join the Thunderbirds for the 2022-23 season.
"We look forward to seeing Nate compete at the USports level next year. He has worked hard on the court and in the classroom and is prepared to make the most of this incredible opportunity. Nate brings a unique combination of skill, above the rim athleticism, and fierce competitiveness to the Thunderbirds which will serve him well in the OUA!"
Algoma University is a public university with its main campus located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and competes at the USPORTS level in the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) conference.
