Basketball Manitoba is pleased to announce that Tanah Becker of Winnipeg, Manitoba, has been named a recent recipient of the Sport Manitoba 'Women to Watch' athlete grant! Tanah has been active in basketball for 9 years now and has been a member of the Manitoba Provincial Team Program and Targeted Athlete Program, and is currently in grade 11 this year at Lincoln Prep in Hamilton, ON. This past summer, she was a member of the 16U Kia Nurse Elite EYBL team that finished 3rd at the 2021 Nike Nationals. She was a member of the Canadian National 16U National team who brought home a FIBA Americas Silver Medal and has qualified for the 2022 17U FIBA World Championships this summer.
