Sport Manitoba Performance’s P-Series features knowledgeable speakers who will take you through everything you need to know about high performance. Each evening offers two sessions. All sessions are open to the public and take place at 145 Pacific Ave.

  • 6:30 p.m. – Time Management: Strategies to Get Ahead in School and Sports with University of Manitoba Academic Advisors
  • 7:45 p.m. – Fatigue Science: What Athletes Need to Know about Rest, Recovery, and Performance with Dr. Dean Kriellaars
Thursday, Feb. 20
  • 6:30 p.m. – Optimizing Sleep Quality: How to Overcome Disruptions and Ensure a Good Night’s Sleep with Dr. Norah Vincent
  • 7:45 p.m. – Student-Athlete College and University Recruitment Information Session with a High-Performance Coaching Panel
