The Swoosh Basketball Club in Alberta has announced it is starting the 2015 campaign for our tournament series, and this year there is new excitement about the upcoming spring and summer tournaments. Below is some information about our tournaments so you can start organizing and planning your travels.

In 2014 we had 205 teams and total of 3,075 athletes. This year we are looking to double our numbers a second time as we bring back on-line scheduling and mobile apps.  We are dedicated to providing high-quality, well-organized, cost-effective tournaments during the spring and summer season, and we aim to create a positive experience for all. Here is some information about our upcoming events.
  


 Swoosh Easter Classic 
  

"Series 1" is the Easter Classic and it is going to be the first tournament of the year. We already have 15 competitive teams and are only taking 38. Our top Swoosh teams will be in attendance as well as some strong teams from Grand Prairie, Saskatchewan, and Calgary. So, if you want to kick your year off and play in a competitive tournament, the Easter Classic is for you!
Teams:    Boys and Girls
Divisions: U13 - U14 - U15 - U16 - U17 - U18
Levels:     Gold - Silver - Bronze

Volvo of Edmonton Hoops Showcase
This year for our "Series 2" we have a new sponsor. We are proud to announce and would like to thank Volvo of Edmonton for taking over as a major sponsor of our tournament.  We are always striving to maintain our status as one of the premier tournaments in North America. All participants will receive an official tournament t-shirt, there will be trophies for the top two teams and we will also be hosting some professional female athletes who will be making an appearance during the tournament.  This year we are taking 120 teams, and we are filling up fast as 67 teams from around Canada have already committed from the following areas: Edmonton, Saskatchewan, Regina, Manitoba, Calgary, Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray, and Peace Country. If you want to be a part of one of the biggest tournaments in Canada, then make

 Columbine Coach Lines LTD International Basketball Tournament
  
"Series 4" also has a new sponsor. We are proud to announce and would like to thank Columbine Coach Lines LTD. for becoming our second major sponsor and taking over our July tournament . For the first time at this tournament, we will be giving out t-shirts to all participants. Space is limited as we will only be accepting 40 teams. With 20 teams already committed from Edmonton, Calgary and Grande Prairie, we are sure to hit our cap quickly.  If you want to be a part of one of the toughest tournaments in Canada, then make Columbine Coach Lines LTD International your tournament of choice. In order to keep everyone properly informed, we will be using on-line scheduling with our new mobile app feature.
