EXHIBITION SERIES #1 RUNS THIS WEEKEND: Manitoba Magic Announce Club Basketball Tournament Series for 2014-15

VIEW SCHEDULE: The Manitoba Magic Basketball Club has announced a series of 4 club tournaments for the 2014-15 Season for the following Grade Divisions.  The tournament series will be spread over several weeks, and is meant to provide young basketball teams the opportunity to practice many hours and develop their skills over several weeks, then be rewarded for their hard work by providing a quality tournament weekend.

• Gr 5 Boys (2004)
• Gr 7 Boys (2002)
• Gr 5/6 Girls (2003-2004)
• Gr 7 Girls (2002)

Tournament 1: Friday November 7th – Sunday November 9th, 2014
Location: St. James Collegiate/George Waters
Deadline to Register: October 26, 2014

Tournament 2:  Friday December 12th – Sunday December 14th, 2014
Location: St. James Collegiate/George Waters
Deadline to Register: November 30, 2014

Tournament 3:  Early April – Exact DATES/LOCATION TBA

Tournament 4:  Early May – Exact DATES/LOCATION TBA

• Each tournament entry fee will be $250.00 CDN/team.
• Each team will be given a 3 Game Guarantee.
• Only a maximum of 6 teams per Grade Division will be accepted. 
• Entry fee payment secures a team’s spot in the tournament.  If some the divisions have less teams, it may allow room to add more teams to another division.  After 6 teams have secured their spot, teams may request to be put on a waiting list.
• Each tournament will only field the 4 divisions listed.
• Certified Officials will be assigned.
• Awards will be given for Gold, Silver & Bronze place teams.
