Team Winnipeg had a great showing in Toronto this past weekend with another Top Gun Men's Championship win at the Ontario Basketball 3x3 Festival! Winnipeg out-powered a team from Humber College in overtime to seal the win. The team from Winnipeg took its second 3x3 championship in as many weeks, coming off a victory on home turf at the Hoop It Up event at Garden City Shopping Centre. Team members (pictured below L-R) Wyatt Anders, Xavier Smith, Graham Bodnar and Darcy Coss now prepare to represent Manitoba as one of three Canadian entries into the FIBA World Tour Masters Event in Chicago, Illinois on August 15-16. The tournament will feature 11 other teams from United States, Central America and Canada and is one of 5 FIBA World Tour events on the planet. The top 2 teams coming out of Chicago will move on to the FIBA World Tour Championships later this Fall in Tokyo, Japan.
